Carla Papa, is an archaeologist and underwater technical operator (OTS); After a long experience in the field of Cultural Heritage and a period (2011-13) at Scuola Normale Superiore di Pisa for the Thesaurus project “Techniques for underwater exploration and archaeology through swarms of autonomous vehicles” (founded by Tuscany Region), she gained a personal interest for technological innovations in the cultural and social field and for the identification and management of European and National founds for the scientific and technological research. Since 2014, she has worked at the Research Center “E. Piaggio” of University of Pisa, on the management of European-founded project in the field of biomedical engineering, social robotics and in the Euro-Africa cooperation.
